"Property has no one to assist with bags and also did not understand me clearly had they did not speck English too good. WiFi was not working making it hard for us to communicate with the driver for the next day. The deposit was not refunded back to me after over a week. Which I was told it would be canceled the following day one no items were as found broken "

"The property was well maintained, the staff was very pleasant and helpful! The rooms are pretty spacious, and clean. However, they need to replace the bathing towels, its were not cleaned. Also, there was incident occurred, while I was in the room, staff has entered twice stating that they were asked to come check on the room for cleaning. It was first time, a female, then an hour later, a male showed up. I asked them both why are you entering the room when I have already checked in, and...

"Les accessoires facilitant tels que, étaient inexistants: papier aluminium ou petits contenants pour ranger notre nourriture au frigo, 2 rouleaux papiers hygiéniques pour 2 adultes c est beaucoup trop peu pour 1 semaine. J ai jamais vue ça auparavant devoir aller porter nos vidanges nous même à quelques rues de la chambre. "There is NO beach at this hotel. There is a small , not very nice beach a short distance away but it is NOT a beach for spending any time. The hotel room had an ocean view but also a view of the port, which is the neighbouring property, and the marina. The pool is very small and the chairs around it are few. As far as value for money goes it doesn't match the price. The gym is minuscule and breakfast is NOT included. We had to pay 17 Euro per person for breakfast AND there are no nearby...
