"The hotel staff from Eduardo at front desk. Herve ensuring guests are happy with his great smile. Lorenzo, Mick, Odman ensured we were serviced every night on the rooftop. Every staff member wanted to ensure we had recommendations for places to visit. The hotel was always clean and smelled great even in elevator. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner had delicious food and drinks. Best hotel for ambiance, safety, comfort and hospitality. "

"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

"Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and daily housekeeping. Breakfast room was lovely and plenty of choice. It was good to have fresh fruit rather than the usual fruit salad found in many Parisian hotels. Staff were helpful and listened to any concerns. Air con in room. Late night noise Fri and Sat but this was from people on the street."

"Situé sur une rue paisible, à proximité des transport en commun et de Pigalle. L’ appartement loué était spacieux et bien équipé quoique nous aurions apprécié une cafetière. La belle terrasse extérieure gagnerait à être équipée de coussins pour rendre le mobilier confortable et permettre une utilisation optimale. Le même commentaire s’applique aux chaises de cuisine. La douche de la salle de bain bien que de bonnes dimensions aurait pu être mieux nettoyée. Parmi les petits inconvénients, nous...

"We had a wonderful stay. The best feature was the large room with is charming and classic design with windows facing quiet street. The bathroom was also spacious with a windows facing the back. We enjoyed the location off the busy street and despite being further north of Paris, the three metro stations close by made up for it. We would stay again. The staff were all welcoming and friendly."
