"The receptionist was amazing! She was super kind to my child, warm and friendly. Her English was impeccable which made everything seamless. The room was beautifully presented and the views from this corner room were fabulous. There was a free bus pass with the hotel, a bus stop literally outside with frequent timings and took ten minutes into town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff are courteous and professional and the hotel is clean and light with spacious rooms. "

"Morena, the lady at the front desk is the best introduction to any check-in at a hotel and a wonderful ambassador for Chur! She was gracious and so helpful. Hotel is in a great location being in the entrance to the old town. We walked everywhere. The room the bathroom (shower) was a bit challenging being so tiny but we managed. Breakfast had a good selection. Bed and pillows were the best!! "

"I couldn't fault my stay at hotel Franziskaner. My room was very comfortable. I upgraded my room to have my own shower, a bit more expensive but it was worth it. I had breakfast every morning which was plentiful and as much coffee as i wanted. It was a 15 minute walk to the bus/train station which was very pleasant. Staff were very friendly. "
