"Unsere Erfahrung im Leonardo Hotel Papendrecht war leider enttäuschend. Bereits der Empfang wirkte unfreundlich und lustlos. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht wirklich hilfsbereit reagiert, sondern eher patzig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Dusche. Besonders die Regendusche war sehr gut. Das waren für uns die positiven Punkte. Allerdings wirkte das Mobiliar etwas veraltet, und die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Es gab zwar eine Minibar, die Getränke waren jedoch nur gegen Bezahlung...

"Het is vooral de beleving die het verblijf uniek maakt. De gedachte dat dit schip tot het jaar 2000 dienst heeft gedaan als cruiseschip en heel veel mensen plezier heeft gebracht is fantastisch. Hut was schoon, vriendelijke medewerkers en het ontbijt prima. Parkeerplaats is ook fijn. Hier en daar blijft het onderhoud wel wat achter."

"The room did not get cleaned until I went to the front desk and requested that it be done. NO phone. NO safe. Only 2 towels …. that were not changed each day. A marking on the bedding showed that they were not changed until day 3. Front office staff also worked the bar … also worked the computer center etc etc etc. "

"PROs: Locations/Modern/Near Metro/Clean/Everything working/option for brekkie but expensive/Shower toiletries included and liquid soap for sink. CONS: Bike rental reasonable but was not smooth process to exit hotel, bikes only one size and had a smaller adult who just about found a lone bike small enough then bike bits could be better maintained - one couldn't unlock and other seat loose. But we made it work. We had been left to collect and work out by ourselves and after requesting assistance...

Loved the area, park, small grocery store, restaurants and walking area. Most of all, it was the easiest walk to the cruise terminal. I will be recommending this hotel to my clients as well. "Hotel Air-conditioning was broken (entire hotel) and my room had no fan, windows don’t open and temp was over 30 degrees in the room. Hotel did nothing to compensate for this inconvenience I didn't get any sleep because the room was like a sauna."
