We ended up checking out at 8:45 AM the next morning—more than 24 hours before our scheduled departure—just to get away. The Room Conditions: • Filth & Mold: The walls were covered in grime, paint was peeling in large chunks, and there was visible mold around the bathtub. • Fire Hazards: Most electrical outlets did not work, and the bedding was littered with cigarette burn holes. • Broken Amenities: The TV was non-functional in the first room. Health & Safety Concerns: • Illegal Activity & Noise: We witnessed active drug deals in the hallways. The noise levels throughout the entire building were so high that I was kept awake on and off all night, and my husband was too worried for our safety to sleep at all. • Air Quality: Despite being told it was "no smoking," the building reeks of cigarettes. I even saw a man walking from room to room while actively smoking in the hall. Inappropriate Staff Behavior: The man at the front desk was incredibly unprofessional. He repeatedly and weirdly questioned me about why I was "alone" and not with my husband, despite the fact that my husband was right there with me. His behavior was sexist and deeply unsettling. "Room was spotless. Jacuzzi was super clean and huge. Entire room was clean, staff was very friendly. Everything was easily accessible and plenty of restaurants and stores to visit within 20 minutes. We'll definitely be back"
