"My friend and I only stayed for one night there. That was good as the rooms were very basic, the TV doesn't work, the safe was broken, the furniture was very much dated, has no kettle or complimentary water, tea or coffee. The lifts are too small and we climbed 4 floors ( where our rooms were) rather than waiting for our turn to get the lift. In my friends room, some of the sockets has no power, also the rooms have only one trash can and that is in the bathroom. They told us that they have a cafe at the restaurant, but when we went there they told us that we can't go to the cafe as they were expecting large party of guests so they served the coffee outside the restaurant. The rooms were fairly priced but I wouldn't call it a 4 stars hotel."
"We loved our short stay at the beautifully modern " Hotel Palace Medjugorje" . Firstly, the location is absolutely ideal. just a street away from the most beautiful restaurants and bars in the town. Secondly, it has every requirement that You could need, especially top of the range air-conditioning and a lovely bar and restaurant . Finally, the staff were excellent, start to finish, exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable on every request. Great value for money and worth a visit."
"Clean, modern rooms, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great location, close to town. Hotel has spacious lobby with seating for groups have conversations. Also had spa, chapel and bar. Staff very helpful."
"The location is right near a grocery store and is a short walk to the church and the Main Street. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast involved cereal milk, boiled eggs, break jam butter and a pastry along with coffee tea and juice. Rooms were clean and quiet. WiFi was strong"
"The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of the town center and close to Apparition Hill. The property is well maintained and offers good parking facilities.
They only offer breakfast, and although the dining area feels a bit enclosed since they keep the curtains closed, the breakfast itself is varied and relatively complete.
The room did not include many amenities such as body lotion or separate shampoo and conditioner. In the shower there was only one all-in-one liquid for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I believe this is an area where the hotel could improve.
Other than that, the hotel was good overall and we had a pleasant stay."
