The service was outstanding, and every staff member was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The food was spectacular, and the amenities were wonderful! I traveled with my 6-year-old son, and he absolutely loved it! It was such a great experience for both of us, and we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children. If you’re visiting Guadalajara and looking for a beautiful hotel with excellent service, amazing food, and great amenities, this is definitely the place to stay! We loved every moment of our stay and would absolutely come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so special!"

"Staff changing shift need to communicate efficiently between them. When I arrived I requested a shuttle for the morning and was informed to be downstairs 5 minutes prior. When I arrived in the morning 5 minutes prior the person at the lobby stated it was not on the list. They did solve the issue in the moment but confused me because expectations set not fulfilled as stated. Other than that everything else was great ."
