"I called many times to get information because we were arriving at the address... They never answered, they never had signs to reflect the hotel. Was scared, unsafe and dangerous. I had to rent a hotel at 12am, with my baby and family."

"Nos fue muy bien, el lugar es muy acogedor, la atención muy agradable, el paisaje y despertar con los sonidos del llano es inigualable. La llegada no fue clara, la localización es confusa, gracias a la policía y lugareños que nos guio."
