"The property was beautiful, well kept and had all the amenities. The view was awesome and loved that the property was on the bottom floor and still had a perfect view of the ocean it made accessing the property convenient after a ling fay if exploring and made getting the luggage to and from the vehicle easy. Property owner was responsive and emailed us back quickly when we had questions or needed support. "

"It states 1 min from the beach. This is false! The complex beach club house is, but not the apartment where you stay. It is a 10-15 min walk. The whole point of us booking this stay was because it was on the beach. We had our pregnant daughter with us and didn’t want her to have to walk far in the heat. Very disappointed at the misleading information given. We have always trusted Hotel.com and use them all the time. A valuable lesson was learned. This was not what we were sold when we...
