"We arrived at the condo absolutely thrilled — the view is spectacular and was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the price point. There are two pools, but both have very old wooden loungers with no cushions, and the unit itself doesn’t provide loungers either, which makes it hard to relax comfortably. Housekeeping came through but didn’t restock basics like toilet paper. They suggested we buy our own. The beds were quite hard, and the unit is very bright and...

"Great location near restaurants and beach. Good support when I needed help with a car , problem with water from above unit...people showed up to assost. Also security on premise does a great job of making sure things stay safe in the gated complex. "

"Very nice residence with lots of space for five persons. Except for our food we didn’t need to purchase anything. Most of what we needed for a week was available. The area was quiet at night. We had a good sleep every day. There was a clogging issue with the sink in the washroom leading to the Master bedroom. I reported it the second day but the repair did not occur. Overall we had a pleasant week. "

"This place is a gem! It is tucked in a quiet corner of Flamingo right on the beach, the location is perfect - you can walk everywhere. Jesse, our host, was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and has done an excellent job in ensuring the apartment has everything you will need. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern, and super comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!"

"This place was great. It's about 1 km from Brasilito beach and 200 meters off of the main highway on a dirt road so the traffic noise is much further away. The small pool was well maintained. The interior of the rooms was very spacious and was well equipped. The AC and fans worked very well. You get a key fob to open and close the main gate for your car with ample parking. The main office offered to hold our bags for the 8 hours we arrived early before check in. This place does have everything...

"For the price , it was a great location and spacious. Only complaints I have is no elevator, especially with a bunch of luggage and being in the third floor , going up and down with elderly people wasn’t fun for a whole week . Our living room A/C was nice and cool , but unfortunately the rooms A/C 2/3 didn’t work , so that wasn’t fun at night . Many pool options, and gated community, so that was nice and convenient."
