Hostels in Guanacaste

"Pool was ok. Room was falling apart- Celing fan made horrible noise. Asked to fix it or move us and they turned to low and said that’s good. Only 2 working elevators in whole property and used by staff as well as guests. Staff was mostly nice. We were put in a room above the kitchen near the stage and it was always loud. TVs didn’t work properly as if connected to antenna but showed frozen screens for many channels. Only BBC channel in English. We were told they are refurbishing soon. I hope it gets better for the next people. Restaurants not amazing buffet not kept at safe temperatures. We Love bees but they were overwhelming at the pool bar. "

"Shower door could use a seal on bottom to stop bathroom from flooding. Other than having to mop the floor the room and services was great. "

"The Hotel is excellent very clean the only need the Hotel is the pool renovation this the only one think Im recomended 100%"

"We had a great family vacation here! The rooms are nice, food is excellent and location is perfect. Great beach just steps away and the pool was very nice. I would stay here again and recommend to others. Big shout out to Emanuel (Manny) at the Pool Bar. He was super helpful and great to talk with!"

"Lovely quiet resort, beach ok but not amazing. Reasonable range of activities but not extensive. Our biggest issue was the lack of shade around the pools"
