"Rentamos 2 habitaciones, se nos pidió avisar antes de llegar para que nos recibieran. Para la segunda habitación no había nadie que recibiera al huésped.
Así que no le dieron papel de baño y los otros insumos.
No bañamos con agua fría, ya que no salió caliente hasta que ya nos habíamos bañado.

"La estancia fue muy agradable por las atenciones y el cálido recibimiento que nos dieron. La ubicación está excelente para recorrer Guanajuato, en realidad te hacen sentir en casa. Los desayunos son increíbles! La vista que tienen en la terraza imperdible! Muchas gracias por recibirnos!"

"This is a small hotel with just a few rooms. My room was very clean and staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel is located in the zona central surrounded by restaurants and shops and just a few blocks from the Parroquia. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because my room was next to the kitchen and there was some noise in the early morning."
