I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The view from the rooftop was absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxing in the evening. I also loved the architecture of the hotel—it had so much character and charm. Highly recommended!

I have absolutely no complaints. The furniture and wall colors in the room, as well as the overall design of the hotel, were very stylish and comfortable. The location was excellent too — since it’s close to the city center, there were lots of people around even at night, so it felt very safe. Of course, the staff were also wonderful — they offered me some water while I was waiting to check in and were very attentive and considerate.

The hotel is super nice, modern yet colorful and comfortable and a nice spacious room with a big restroom and the bathtub is huge, Although you can't really get the water hot enough for a nice bath and Guanajuato is cold during the months of Oct, Nov, Dec so you will get Cold trying to have a bath. Also the tub is really deep and hard to get out of if you're older. The bed Super comfortable for a good nights rest. The staff super nice and professional. This is the kicker the terrace has 360 beautiful view of Guanajuato just beautiful and worth the stay alone! Fancy cocktails and decent food up there

We found a few cockroaches in the restroom and on the room floor. The restroom always had a sewer smell. No hot water to shower at night. Only in the morning. We had to ask staff for support in managing the air conditioner. They offered pickup from the airport at a cost, but we were not informed that we would access a van and then transfer to a personal. vehicle. The staff were very nice, lobby and hallways were nicely decorated and maintained. I enjoyed the walking proximity to the towns touristic areas.

Very beautiful hotel, especially the rooftop terraza. The concierge,Alfredo, was very helpful and the staff at the terazza restaurant was attentive. Not a lot of outlets for charging phones, but otherwise rooms were very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved this hotel , it’s extremely stylish and has the nicest staff! Our room was a great price but really small! The bed was also noisy! I did love the products used in the shower . We also booked a massage which was really nice and relaxing!

Oasis with Great Access

Tucked away just a few minutes from the very lively squares of Guanajuato. Very walkable with access to everything you need. That being said, the hotel was pretty quiet. We got good sleep.

Amazing hotel to stay! Close to all points of interest. So many activities to stumble upon without even trying. Dining options close by and very reasonably priced. Hotel personnel were very attentive. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Enjoying rooftop is a must any time of day. The only feedback I would give is that the water in the shower only gets lukewarm. Also there are fire pits on the rooftop that (according to hotel personnel) have not worked for years. Highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful property with breathtaking rooftop view of the city. Short walk to the main road with many shops and restaurants, but am have to walk uphill to get back. Check what room your are reserving because some of them are quite small being a heritage hotel. Comfortable stay overall.

Great location, nice property. As it is located in the center area, you can hear all the noise from outside, church bell parade and everything. Not too bad but be mindful if you’re sensitive to noise.
