Casi no vimos personal en el hotel, el castillo se ve en buenas condiciones por fuera pero por dentro las habitaciones están en mal estado, las puertas se traban al entrar, las almohadas son pequeñas, las cortinas y mosquiteros están rasgados, los baños tienen moho entre el riel del cancel y la regadera, no huele a que los desinfecten seguido, las toallas parecen sucias y huelen mal.

El lugar es algo impresionante mágico tal vez. pero la habitación estaba llena de insectos entre las arañas y las cucarachas hay una batalla campal. No había agua caliente. Pero el lugar es increíble la verdad. Bueno para las fotos pero las habitaciones si están un poco abandonadas. Lo recomiendo si no eres muy exigente en cuanto a la limpieza.

En general estuvo bien, en mi experiencia me hubiera gustado hubiera otro tipo de amenidades en el cuarto como agua ya que no había en ninguna parte del hotel donde poder tomar agua, la plancha de ropa que me prestaron no funcionaba bien, y el agua caliente en la regadera tarda bastante en salir por lo que se desperdicia mucha agua
