No dan lo que ofrecen en absoluto, las fotografías son muy engañosas, dan a entender que los balcones son hacia la Alhóndiga y son hacia la calle, no hay nada que ver. La terraza es en realidad una azotea y está completamente descuidada. Los baños son inutilizables.

Regular, no colocan agua embotellada suficiente, jabón de tocador, ni porciones de shampoo, el papel sanitario barato,. Sería genial que hubiera cafetera y frigobar dentro de la habitación, y el servicio de TV 📺 con suficiente Canales y no sólo 4 canales que otorga el estado de Guanajuato.

Buena ubicación pero necesita aire acondicionado, aunque fuera una Reyna un poco más cara, se necesita calor para estos días de mayo-julio ya que los cuartos no cuentan con ventanas exteriores y el calor es insoportable para dormir, el ventilador que tiene no ayuda en mucho, es tu privacidad o morir de calor, no lo recomiendo para épocas de calor

Terrible

No piensen es tomar este hotel, es horrible, sucio, taza de baño sucia, no hay agua, en general no sirve y hay otros hoteles al mismo precio. No miento de verdad no vayan a este lugar…tuve que salir a otro hotel para bañarme y lavar mis dientes.

No tienen presion de agua, no tienen sistema de cable solo funcionan 5 canales, no me gusto el exceso al estacionamiento, no sirve el teléfono para hablar a recepcion, lo unico que me gusto fue la vista a la terraza

メキシコの祝日で近くで野外フェスが開かれており、夜中1時まで爆音が止まず。シャワー圧も非常に弱く、建物も非常に古く日本人には厳しいホテルと思われる。 ホテルスタッフの対応は問題ない。

ESTA CENTRICO Y DE FACIL ACCESO, TIENE ESTACIONAMEINTO PROPIO (MUY IMPORTANTE EN EL CENTRO DE GUANAJUATO), ES DEFICIENTE EN LOS SERVICIOS, NO CUENTA CON RESTAURANT, NO OFRECE DESAYUNO COMO PARTE DEL ALQUILER , LOS INSUMOS DEL BAÑO SON ESCASOS. NORMALMENTE LLEVAMOS NUESTROS PROPIOS INSUMOS (JABON, CHAMPU, ENGUAJE Y TOALLAS) PERO CONFIAMOS EN QUE PONIAN ESTOS INSUMOS EN ESTE HOTEL, PERO NO FUE ASI, SOLO CONTABA CON UN JABON DE MANOS PEQUEÑO Y ENJUAGUE DE PELO EN LA REGADERA.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, súper cerca del centro, por lo que se puede caminar a todos lados. La atención del personal fue muy buena, muy amables todos. La habitación era muy pequeña y tenía lo básico, para un par de noches está perfecta pero si lo que se quiere es descansar es muy difícil porque se oye mucho ruido, no solo del mismo hotel (otras habitaciones) sino de la calle. La primera noche nos costó mucho dormir por todo el ruido que había.
