"We had such an amazing stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and the rooftop was definitely a highlight; we loved spending time up there. The location is perfect and made it so easy to get around. The hosts were wonderful and very accommodating with our schedule, which we really appreciated. We enjoyed every second of our stay and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting!"

This is a beautiful, well appointed property, but that didn't make up for pests in the kitchen and the lack of response when I messaged the property manager about the issue. I made a point of reserving a place with a kitchen to cook for myself and I did not feel comfortable using the kitchen at all. "

"The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service. I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own. The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain....

"Easy to communicate with staff via WhatsApp and immediate response. We had a warm water failure that we reported and had already maintenance onsite 15 minutes later. The rooms and bathrooms had a very high standard and were clean and well taken care of. "The property is beautiful, looks even better in person. Furniture and decoration is nice, beds confortable, overall a good place to come back after a day/night in town. Location is about 10 min. ride in car to city center, not a deal breaker but impprtant to keep in mind. There are several places to buy groceries about 10 min. walking distance, nothing closer than that.
