"We stayed at a one bedroom apartment facing east. This unit was on the 23rd floor and though it was high from the ground the noise of the city was loud. For a moment I felt I was in New York as the near by Atahualpa Stadium was testing the sound for a local concert. "The apartment is nice, but be aware that the owner is quite inflexible. When we learned we were unable to have friends over in the apartment (building policy not mentioned to us at any point), we requested to leave. The owner was completely inflexible, and threated to charge us additional an amount if we continued to request an early checkout. If you're looking for a quick stay with a washer go ahead- but if you want more use of the apartment look elsewhere."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and had all the items needed for a comfortable stay. The host Ana responded very quickly whenever we had a question and was very helpful. Location is very convenient. I 100% recommend staying here and this place will be at the top of my list the next time I need to stay in Quito. "
