the room and bathroom is freezing cold, the carpet has not been changed since the hotel was built. could not put my head on the pillow.

Horrible Experience!

They couldn't locate my Expedia booking record at the moment I checked-in. The reception area is at the ground floor of the building where there are a lot of non-guests hanging out. Smoke odor all over the place, and noisy. The hotel is only a part of the building, occupying a few floors above 7th (by guess). Floors below are either cafe, restaurants, KTV where the elevators are shared with all the other people. Heavy smoke odor when entering the guest rooms. Pillow cases and bedsheets are not clean. Air conditioner is noisy. Carpets are dirty. Bathroom has glass wall, one corner has a big crack. Shower water all went into the sink and toilet floor due to poor sealing and tile levels. They serve breakfast by handing into the guest room with two paper bags in the morning. I booked for 2 days, and I couldn't stand the room's condition so I moved out after one night stay, and gave up the 2nd night payment. Funny that they even charged me RMB3 for the tooth brush my wife used when we rushed out of their door.

The location is really good but the condition of the hotel is kinda poor. The staffs don't look very friendly. And the room feels so dirty.

４星ホテル？

4星ホテルと表示ありますがホテルフロントにも表示板なし。 3星クラスです。 宿泊した部屋はシャワー室、トイレ、洗面が一体でシャワーを使用すると床がびしょびしょになり トイレを使用するときは付属されたサンダルを履いて使用します。 朝食はチェックイン時に4種類程度の中から選択すると朝、ビニル袋に入れられて部屋に届きます。

まるで…ブティックホテル

ホテル室内内装がカナリ凝ってます。 PCが使えるし、部屋はまあまあ清潔感有ります。朝ごはんは部屋まで運んでもらうので、朝の仕事もサクッとできちゃいます。

Designer Hotel в Донгуане

По приезду в город Донгуань, сразу возникла проблема с поиском отеля, несмотря на то, что я распечатал и карту с пометкой отеля и адрес (на английском языке, который таксисты конечно не знают). С горем попалам отель нашли, никаких особых внешних опознавательных знаков о том именно это Designer Hotel не было, может только если на китайском, который уже не знаю я. Меня поселили в номер, делюкс. Потом за мной заезжали мои китайские коллеги, который владеют обоими языками у них так же была проблема с поиском отеля. Фотографии на сайте одни, в реале было другое. Делюксов там разновидностей штук 5. Мне конечно попался не тот, который я видел на сайте, т.к. по заявлению работников такие номера все заняты. Меня поселили в номер. Все устраивало почти, кроме того, что в душе не было огородительной занавески, в итоге после принятия душа, если мыться с брызгами вся комната будет в каплях, в том числе и туалет. Инфраструктура вокруг отеля не развита, покушать особо негде, надо ехать на такси до кафешек-ресторанов. Вообщем-то, как-то так. Вряд ли я буду заселяться в эту гостиницу повторно.
