"Very nice hotel - rooms, food and staff. Location is perfect for attending the Canton Fair. There were issues with the payment deposit and the hotel was difficulty to work with prior to check in. Once there, the staff resolved the issues and were very professional."

The lounge also was also fantastic as well, a must have upgrade if you’re staying at a Sofitel. This particular property, though nice is in need of facelift especially in the rooms and hallways. The staff was indeed helpful but it puzzles me why they wouldn’t emphasize languages for better communication it being a hotel that caters to foreigners. Jason the night manager was extremely helpful on my first night in as well."

"The suite we had was enormous and equipped with everything you would need if you were self catering, although we were only there for 3 nights. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was an excellent buffet with a wide range of choices, including bacon & eggs so I was happy! Well located with some excellent malls nearby."

"This hotel was above my expectations. The staff was super attentive and went beyond to help ensure we were checked in early. The room was very spacious and the set up was so cozy. The cleaning crew did an emaculate job daily and we appreciated the turn down service as well. Over all a great experience and felt like we were at a resort in the middle of a busy city! And of course, the rooftop bar. Def worth the visit!"
