Hotel Riu Guanacaste - All Inclusive
The room, amenities, food and staff were great but the emergency alert alarm and flashing lights went off 3 times in the middle of the night. Usually around 330am and 430am. Hotel Riu Palace Costa Rica - All Inclusive
The Staff was very very polite. The property is worn and needs updating but kept very clean. The pool areas are small considering the size of the resort. Restaurant food was okay, could be better and have a better variety. The buffet was horrible. My biggest complaint of all, was the $600 “credit”…. ...

This place is a gem! It may not be too spacious, but it has a great pool. The rooms each have a great balcony with chairs, table, etc. They have so many things one usually doesn’t find in a place at this rate that I was continually amazed – washclothes, boogie boards, surfboards, umbrellas, etc. ...
