"Getting in was a little bit dicey as the doors were locked but we were able to have a neighbor help us. Once we were in, we were greeted with such care and the caretaker even mapped out our day for us. She is so incredibly kind..the room is unbelievably clean and stocked with quick breakfast foods!"

"Our 3-night stay at the property was overall ok with a few unexpected cons. The apartment was clean (except for a stained sofa) and centrally located in a safe area of the city with plenty of cafes nearby. That was the biggest plus. We didn’t receive check-in manual and property guidelines in a timely manner and the property guide manual should definitely be improved. Nowhere in the guidelines it was listed that in order to get fresh towels we need to contact the management well ahead of time...

"The room was clean with all the amenities you need for a long trip - refrigerator, cooking range, balcony, clean bathroom and shower.
The bathroom is a bit small with a low hanging beam, so beware if you are tall.
The owners were very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to messages.
You are on a street with many restaurants and cafes, so you won’t have to travel far to find good food. "

"I appreciate all Expedia's assistance and being the professional Vendor that they have been for me for all these years. When I came back and asked them to get us a refund for the night that we arrived at the residence with no AC/hot water working and having technician in our place until midnight trying to fix it only saying that he cannot. We were offered two choices at midnight to stay the night or leave and book another room with another place. We chose to stay for that night because we were...

"The space was very clean and pleasant, and it had all the essential utensils for a stay. It was very close to the subway and several places to eat. The only downside is that you can hear all the noise from the upstairs neighbors, but apart from that, the stay was perfect."

Every detail was thought about.. Surpassed all my expectations. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets all within easy walking distance. This place is safe. I would definitely be staying there when next I am in Milan. Thank you for a splendid time."

"The room was in a good location, near restaurants and transportation. Uber/taxi to the center was reasonably priced.
We feel that accommodation is not suitable for anyone with any type of mobility issues, in particular with spiral stair to the loft and the shower.
The washing machine is a joke. It was quicker, easier and a better result to do it by hand.
There was mold in the shower which should be addressed.
Although there was a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, they all had...
