"It’s like staying in a night club - the roof bar plays very loud music until 2am. If you are on the 3rd floor it’s like the DJ is in your bedroom. The staff know this and pretend to care - but don’t do anything about it. In general staff are non responsive "

"The apartments are located in a good area, within walking distance of a mall with plenty of restaurants, which was very convenient. The air conditioning worked well, which was a plus. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The room was very dusty, and the curtains didn’t properly cover the windows, so we were woken up early by sunlight. Since it’s advertised as an apartment, I expected basic essentials, but these were lacking. The unit only had a one-burner stove that took a long time to heat even a kettle. There were no cups provided, and we had to buy our own cleaning cloths and washing-up liquid. The bathroom was also an issue—it had an unpleasant smell as soon as you opened the door, possibly due to poor ventilation, and the shower door was broken. Overall, while the location and air conditioning were good, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities made the stay less comfortable than expected. "

"The room was clean but not at all shown in pictures, it was like low class motel not a 3 star hotel. The only saving grace was working AC since it is very hot in Marrakech and the location as it is in centre of the city and walking distance to malls and restaurants."

"Hotel is run down and understaffed, people that work don't know what they are doing nor can communicate. They took 20 min to find us a room service menu searching in most rooms then took 40min to make a sandwich. Phones don't dial between room to room; nor room service..only reception number who either can't understand or says someone would call you back,Forget about enjoying breakfast or spa, no one is around to ask. There were no cups, no clean tables, no tea spoons, were given some plastic spoons in the rooms as well. Soft drinks and beer were served warm out of stock room. We had Juinior Suits supposedly nicer bigger rooms, not worth it.Old frilled towels, curtains hanging on 3 hooks if that, one plug to switch between, coffee machine, fridge and a lamp. Very disappointing experience. We thought location was good for getting to places but on main road everyone honks from 7am. It was once a glorious hotel but probably 20 years ago "
