"I’ve stayed in this hotel many times, sometimes even twice a year for the last 5 years. I always leave a good review but this time it’s an exception. I forgot my makeup bag with all my facial creams in the room and when I called they said that it was not reported by the housekeeper. They kept it! -the hot water never showed up after 15 minutes of running the shower. The TV didn’t work either.
Also, for some reason most of the times we stay the pool is under maintenance…usually the weekends…lame. I haven’t been able to use their pool. I’ll be looking for another place to stay "
