"Clean room friendly staff "

"Staff was very accommodating. Great location to access the airport. "

"We arrived at 3:30 am and had to wait 30 minutes for their reservation system to turn over and be available. Then the door key did not work. I was told there would be no charge for the room because of the problems but have not check to see if that was done or not."

"We stayed the night before a very early flight. Check in was easy and pleasant, beds were comfortable. For a quick stay before a flight this was a good choice "

"General areas seem pretty nice. Room was falling apart wall paper coming off and bubbling paint throughout room, air system was loud and held to wall by zip tie, shower was ok very low profile head, soaps not all one line of goods, asked for pillows for sofa bed never received them, asked for feather free room and told front desk they responded with we don’t have feather pillows but indeed they were down feather pillows and I have allergies to them so slept with one pillow."

"No, they didn't come for long. The nearby hotel shuttle helped us to drop off at the hotel. It was 1 am in the night."

"I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone staff was soo rude and unprofessional I call before hand to let them know if there was any age restriction both of the times I call they confirm that 18 and older. I booked and got to the hotel they told me that 21 and older I get to explain to the dude and the lady that were there that I had call at twice to make sure I was good cuz I had nowhere to stay and instead of helping me the lady in the from desk was super rude.They should do a better job on...

"The only problem I had was upon entering property the garbage cans in the front were filled to capacity and never taken care of ..Came out the next morning and garbage was still filled to capacity…Just wasn’t a pleasant look upon arrival…Other than that room was ok …Staff was great…."

"We were charged for bedding even though we were assisted we wouldn’t be. Breakfast was just ok. Paint peeling off in the bathrooms and tubs. Bed headboard fell off the wall. "

"The rooms smell dirty; perhaps they should clean the carpets. We had a problem with the toilet, and they never came to fix it."

"The best deal around. Spacious suite, full kitchen (with actual full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishes, utensils, great bed, desk, big TV. I'm so very pleasantly surprised to find such a stellar hotel at such a reasonable rate ($76/night)."

"Property is very old and is overpriced. Reserved a Suite which was very hot and had a mildew smell upon arriving. A/C was not working and was told they could only provide fans. The solution ended up being the maintenance man coming more than an hour after calling the front desk for him to just open the windows. Would definitely not stay here or recommend staying here as the rooms are not well kept nor is the property. "
