"This was a very last minute booking and I was very pleased with my experience. Apparently the hotel was fully booked that day along with employees calling out, Al manned the front desk like a champ.. he was very kind & helpful even though he was overwhelmed."

"Pay 17 dollars a night for parking. No free breakfast. Breakfast cost 24.99 per person for a ordinary hotel breakfast. Pool heater not working or waterfall feature not working. Hallway to room needed to be maintained. Rude front desk staff."

"Breakfast was poor, staff had a hard time keeping up with supplies such as coffee cups, creamer, english muffins, baked goods, ketchup, syrup. She kept running out all the above on both mornings, oh and in addition to to-go containers. It wasn’t that there were none left, she just couldn’t keep it stocked out front. It’s hard to justify paying for a partial breakfast. Me and my husband travel a lot and there have been free breakfasts at other hotels that blows this one out of the water. Also...

"The shuttle was great...pickup from rental car facility and offered to take us to where we wanted to eat. The only complaint is that I assume the TV in the lobby was on all night and we could hear it in our room, which didn't allow us to get a lot of sleep. Maybe turning it down a bit would have helped. I thought it was another person's room but I don't think so. Loud enough to hear from 10:30 till we got up at 4 am"

"The host Brandon was really adherent to our needs and concerns, very helpful and polite and always kept a smile on his face. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the property is very convenient to shops and restaurants and the pool hours were very accommodating. We had a great time."

"The outside premises were nice and the checkout area was clean. The morning breakfast was delicious and had options. However, the suite for my family was not so great. The TVs weren’t working, one of the toilet didn’t flush properly and the wifi was choppy. The price I paid for one night‘s stay wasn’t worth it. Would not stay here again!"

"The morning I checked in 4/25 around 1pm the front desk lady notified me although a room was ready but I still needed to pay 40$ extra to access my room because it was before my scheduled time. I needed to change and freshen up. I was very disappointed with that. I had to get ready in the lobby rest room. Where was the HOSPITALITY in this situation? I didn’t get her name. "The website said that the hotel is under renovation and it did not lie. The entrance and lobby are a construction zone. You have to enter from the back. Check in is a person sitting at a desk in the back hallway. The grounds are not being maintained. Only one elevator is in use. However, once you get past all of that, the rooms are spacious and clean."
