"The staff in this hotel is outstanding and would like to thank them for great customer service. They are very accommodating and helps guests have the best stay. Airport shuttle is available at certain arrival and departures times. The buffet breakfast is great with lots of selections and varieties. Don’t expect to have toothbrush and vanities available as there are none but the basic bathroom/shower supplies are provided. Bathroom drain needs maintenance as well as the doors seal needs fixing. Shower water cold and heating system needs to be looked upon. It’s just hard to regulate the right water temperature when you shower. Its location is convenient as it is closed to the SM mall and downtown and Grab transport is readily available (shorter wait times) compared to larger cities in the Philippines. Our room is facing the Mayon Volcano and it feels awesome waking up to its majestic view. Overall, we have decent stay and would come back if we will be in the area for vacation. "
"We had the breakfast for 2 days from the hotel, the food selection is ok, a little greasy for those fried dishes that was in the menu selection, overall it was a pleasant stay, alot of stores around the area too."
"Clean but rooms dated. Shower was small not enough hot water. Pool was good but had trouble getting towels. View of Mayon is superb. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was nice. Overall worth it for view and pool and breakfast buffet"
"Spacious room, though oddly shaped. It's beside a river or creek, so if it's warm or sunny, you can smell it (and it's not pleasant at all) when you open your window or go outside. Given the amenities and condition of the facilities, it seems a bit pricey for what you'd get. I'd still be okay to stay here again if needed but I think I could find another hotel with better value around the area."
"Almost ok but they have many restrictions about not allowing food and drinks inside the room. Early check in fee is a bit too much. No wifi in rooms - that's very negative to me!"
