"Kitchen had a small stove top, but full refrigerator. Everything was great!! Only down fall for me was no bathtub, just small shower. The pull out couch was broke, but they plan to fix it. I love this place and a great place for families🙂 The staff was great and even played a movie on the projector screen by the pool for the kids. "

"After we checked out they charged my CC for $7.49 for a wash cloth they said was stained which is ridiculous. Afterwards my wife starting checking other reviews on other sites and low and behold this is a common practice this hotel uses because most people won’t go back after them. Wrong with me. My CC company took care of this and I contacted their corporate office for such a despicable practice. No more Best Westerns for us. Don’t stay there."

"The hotel had lots of outdoor amenities that seemed beautiful. Unfortunately due to weather we were not able to partake in them, making the room more important. Ended up with a lousy view of the roof of the adjacent attached building. Warning to Hilton Honors members, due to booking through Expedia you do not receive any points for the stay or any additional consideration."

"Five-night stay. Our room was fresh, clean, and well maintained. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. The outdoor pool area was immaculate. The elevators were always clean. And extra gratitude to the breakfast kitchen staff. A spotlessly clean breakfast buffet and dining area. The food was delicious and the variety was impressive. The nicest you could ask for. We always look for a Hampton when we travel, and the Ft. Walton Beach hotel is one of the nicest we have ever stayed at."

"Beautiful property right on the beach but unfortunately the cleaning staff was lacking. Questioned whether our room was cleaned prior to our arrival. When we arrived we walked out on the patio which has a beautiful view of the gulf but it was clear the housekeeper didnt even go out there as there were old gas station cups left and sand everywhere like it wasnt swept. Then when we walked in the bathroom there was an old tissue left on the bathroom floor followed by a pubic hair left on the shower...

"Motel right off the bridge! Sweet little private beach, Great view of the bay. Clean sheets, new floors, cheap breakfast but hey you get what you pay for. Would def come back."
