"Clean rooms and friendly service"

"Room was nice sized, but the bathroom is a little small. Shower was a little bit wore out, but overall the place was clean and the staff was very friendly. Would stay again."

"The hotel and rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Pool area is nice. Breakfast was decent for something fast and on the go. Downfall was one of the 2 elevators were down for the whole 5 day stay. During the busy times wait time for them would get backed up. At one point someone took the out of order signs down and several people got stuck on the elevators."

"We only stayed here for one night but our stay was super comfortable. The rooms and the hotel building overall smelled so nice and was maintained very well. It looked like it was renovated recently. The staff was kind and helpful and parking was a breeze. We also really enjoyed the breakfast; there were plenty of options enough for all the guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting Pensacola."

"The pool is gross. No umbrellas no loungers dirty plastic cheap chairs. My room was very clean but my tub was peeling. Every staff member I met was extremely good at what they do. Pleasant and welcoming. No breakfast at all. No restaurant."

"Had a few issues with room. Bathroom tub was peeling but got switch immediately. Otherwise, very clean and budget friendly hotel. Hampton never disappoints. "

"The room I booked had mold in the bathroom, around the window and had tiles falling off the walls in the bathroom. The bedsheets on both beds were stained and did not looked washed, had to go to the front desk to get towels because room service didn’t leave any. We were offered another room but it was much worse than the one we were in, definitely do not stay here, disgusting place."

"This is an older motel, but I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well-maintained the property was. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was cold. Breakfast was just okay, typical continental breakfast. Staff were friendly enough."
