"All expectations were met.
Clean room. What's not on the listing is the room came equipped with dumb bells, yoga equipment and coffee.
Nice added features. It was a short walk from the SPLASH CLUB which is a +plus!!!
Really nice exclusive units make it feel VIP. Not like one of those high rise buildings where your car is lost in the parking garage.
Definitely a wonderful experience"

"Was not as described online.. Walked in and directly walked back out... There is no walkway to the beach... Room was very little space...Asked for refund and only got 175 back out of a 700 deal ... Was not my fault it wasn't as described online"

"I like this property and know it well as I have family that owns condos here. All of their condos are nicely refurbished and lovely places to spend a holiday. All of those condos were taken so I offered to rent another for myself. I have two major complaints. The cost as well as the condition of the condo itself. The condo was listed on Travelocity at $338 for the 2 nights for 1 person. That was reasonable and I would have been willing to pay that price per night plus a standard cleaning fee. In...

"Property was nice and clean. We checked in on Friday during a hurricane. Everything was fine until the lights went out but that was ok because we were going to bed. The next morning lights were still out. Checked throughout the day, no lights. We stayed out until about 9 Saturday night. The lights were back on but hadn't been on long. I don't understand why there wasn't a generator or something so customers can have lights. We had water."

"The room was small, a tiny refrigerator, no microwave cheap bedding, I was there during the hurricane, hotel was without power when I woke up at 5:00am and never came on. No communication from management, no emergency lighting anywhere. I was on the 5th floor and the exit stairs had no lights either, I had to use my cellphone light to make it downstairs. It took me three trips to get my luggage downstairs and into my car. This was unacceptable, when I checked out at 8:00am the front desk person...
