We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again."

Si riferisce ad uno stabilimento balneare con il quale l'hotel ha una convenzione e che distano tra loro circa 300 metri. l'hotel vero e proprio si trova in campagna alla periferia di Catanzaro lido. La struttura è datata, le camere pulite. Personale della reception estremamente cortese ed efficiente."

"La camera presentava diversi problemi: corda della doccia rotta, tenda strappata, lampadina non funzionante e nel comodino ho trovato persino un fazzoletto usato. Il frigorifero era rotto e non ci è stata data alcuna alternativa. Anche le sdraio in piscina sono vecchie e usurate, non all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle. Abbiamo segnalato tutto alla reception e ci era stato detto che avremmo ricevuto un rimborso, ma il servizio clienti ha smesso di rispondere alle mail e non abbiamo ottenuto...
