Khách sạn Gulf Shores , Captiva

"Charged me twice the amount that was advertised"

"The entire property was beautiful. The pictures online did not do it justice. The room was clean and maintained on a daily basis. The pool and the area around the pool were huge. Even though it was crowded there was plenty of room to swim or relax in a chair. I just wish the associate who checked us in explained the amenities that were available. By the time we inquired, it was too late. I would, however, recommend."

"Great atmosphere I love all the music"

"Rebuilt post-hurricane so brand new throughout. Our suite was a good size and well-equipped, power blinds, nice balcony. Excellent bed and bedding. Dante’s - which a little cold and noisy - the only dining option when the Tiki bar had a private event and the Tiki bar closes at 7 in any event. Very pleasant and helpful staff. An excellent coffee service at the reception. I would come back!"

"Our stay at the Pink Shell was fantastic! We spent 5 nights with my Son, daughter in law and 2 Grandchildren. Wonderful resort for family. Plenty of activities for kids. Wonderful pools, restaurants and great beach for shelling. Friendly staff throughout! We hope to return sometime soon!"

"I would give great reviews but one thing that bothered me we prepaid for our stay at check out your are charged 40 dollars a day resort fee that was never mentioned. When I questioned it at check out was told nothing they can do and was like no big deal we stayed 6 nights that was 240 dollars I was a little upset was never mentioned at all … so please be aware of that fee they don’t tell you in advance."

"Very comfortable and convenient location!"

"The room was clean but pretty bare for a condo u it. The bed we had has pretty hard. The couch was stiff as a board. The bathroom only had one sink and the only mirror in the whole place. The Staff were great. Beach view was great. Only ate breakfast once at the restaurant and it was not that good and very expensive. Should have know it was not as good as we were the only ones in there."

"Normal, nada a destacar!!!"

"Very convenient location. Clean rooms. Good service."

"I liked the property and location. I also knew what I was getting when I booked the room, as I've stayed here previously, and enjoyed each stay. What I wasn't expecting after the Expedia website showed a 'final price all fees included' was a $60.00 fee added on "by the hotel for the pool, exercise room blah, blah, blah"."

"Clean, quiet, perfect location. Easy access to the beach ⛱️."

"excellent place will stay again!"

"Loved the breakfast. Nice to start the day with a good meal. Gorgeous views and saw dolphins from our balcony. Also loved the fact that they have full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. We brought our own but it is nice to know for future stays since we travel by plane. Only downside was the sand on the beach was super hard and not the soft white sand that I expected. Definitely would recommend and will hopefully be able to come again."
