"The pictures on the site is misleading. Both bathrooms need updated, the furniture in the living room is terrible. The cushions are shot. There is no support and very uncomfortable. The patio door to our balcony did not lock. I reported this and they did send someone over. Casey and Matt left us a note that said "the lock works, it is just hard". We know it was a hard lock but if they would have pulled on the door after they turned the lock, they would have seen that it doesn't lock and the door comes right open. Was not happy with this. For what we paid, I expected better. Now, the area it is in and the view from our balcony was great. The beach and ocean is right in front of you."

"Overall a good place to stay for the location and a lower budget. The room stays cold with the AC, comfy beds with extra pillows, and nice staff. The ice cream shop attached is a nice addition if you want a sweet treat. The rooms could use some detailed cleaning (lamp shades, dusty walls) but the most important parts are very clean. The beach access is across the road, not directly on property. I would definitely recommend this place!"
