Had a fantastic time in Orange Beach. Beautiful, clean, up to date property right on the beach. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. So much to see and do. Everything from grocery, to shops, to restaurants was within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here to others.

The unit was very clean and a nice size to accommodate my family. The view was amazing and too be on the beach was an added plus. Communication was amazing from reservation to check-out. I would definitely recommend Escapes to family, friends, and anyone looking for a beach side rental.

Our 2 bedroom deluxe apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious! The indoor heated pool was like bath water which was wonderful! The hot tub, sauna, and steamroom were all great! The outdoor pool and beach were clean and super nice! Our patio faced the ocean and there was a table with 4 chairs and then 3 highseated chairs to enjoy the view. We saw dolphins everyday and it was perfect!

Great stay! Will definitely be back!

It was amazing! Had an ocean view from the 7th floor and after sunrise we were able to see dolphins, wish we had binoculars with. Super clean, had everything we needed and more. Easy check in by email, received codes to get in. No long hallways. Beautiful beach, there’s also an outdoor pool and indoor pool, hot tub. Restaurant across the street was very good and had live music in the tiki bar. Ruby Slippers had good breakfast. Both just across the street.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay

Our stay was amazing. l saw some reviews complaining about this "not being a resort". Had they looked at the photos, and read the description, it was clear this was a condo building, not a resort. That being said, the building was immaculate, and our condo was spectacular - with panoramic views of the ocean. Literally, we were in an end unit, and everywhere we looked we saw the ocean. The unit had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. The unit was way bigger than we had expected. It was always quiet during our stay; we were never disturbed by the noise of others. Everything was clean, and very comfortable. Although I understand there is a "front desk" on the property, open from 9-5, we never needed to seek it out, as anything we needed was requested by text, with immediate responses. Upon arrival we were given a code to the main door, and a code to our door, and basically let ourselves in. This was extremely convenient - no waiting in long check-in lines at a desk. That being said, if one is looking for a beautiful, low-key, relaxing vacation, this is the place to be in Orange Beach without a doubt. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping choices around the area within driving distance, and the property was stunning. However, if you are looking for room service, poolside service, restaurants on site, and entertainment, then look elsewhere. Read the descriptions - as these amenities were not listed.

It was great because it was right on the beach, but we didn't have a view of the gulf. It was strange with all communication coming via text -- no check-in at a desk. It was nice to get messages daily from what I called "the team" and I was able to ask any querstions. I just miss some face-to-face time.

The property was misleading and deceptive with regard to amenities. I booked back in November 2021 when parking was complimentary, however, when I checked in they notified me it had changed and proceeded to charge 25$ per day! I also was to receive complimentary beach lounge chairs which also incurred a cost. None of this was detailed on their website and they would not grandfather me in.The various outdoor tables around pools featured no umbrellas for relief from sun , though they had obvious holes for such. The water fountains around pool were also non-working. I really feel at the very least that I should be reimbursed for the parking.

Great Location w/ Failed Expectation of the Condo

The location is amazing, and perhaps, others have great success in booking via Hotels.com with this condo AND getting what they expect. We did not have this experience. In particular, the description of our condo listed 'separate dining area/ separate living room1' and 'separate bathtub and shower'. Neither were the case for us. A small table that seats 2 was in the living area. Our bathroom had a shower/tub combo. Bathroom had no vanity at all, as shown in the pictures as it seems to have been converted to an ADA accessible condo. I did fail to read between the lines where is says 'no view': I thought this meant no view of the beach. What it truly meant was 'this is an interior room'. Don't think all was disappointing though - I've never met a team of maintenance/ housekeeping staff that were so helpful! We felt safe and chose to make the best of the condo while there. Just be sure to follow up to know exactly what to expect upon your arrival.

Nice stay with heated pool

Nice stay an the kids loved the indoor pool! Easy walk to the beach! The man who worked night shift was very friendly an helpful!! Checkout was at 10 am an when I went to load my car at 9:40 the code changed an I could not get back in for the rest of my stuff had to go to office twice over this issue !!!! But it was a nice stay

Our stay was great. It’s a great location. Studio room had no windows but it worked out. The only down side the offices were locked to public because of co-vid. Everything was done by phone. Had a problem with my final bill but between hotels.com and hotel it was worked out
