"My key did not work the next time we tried to get in after check-in. We went STS weekend and it is by the Gulfport Dragway and the people leaving were cutting up and being extremely loud."

"Room was very spacious, plenty of room for the kids to walk around and play. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices and very tasteful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Pool is great especially if you have small children being it starts off at 3 ft."

"Shower Rods and Shower curtain had rust on them. The curtain was stained from the shower rod being full of rust. The Window curtain had stains on the bottom file if the room had flooded but we were on the 2nd floor."

"Was not my best idea. The first room had blood on the sheet, comfort, a bad smell and the phone didn't work. Called the office and they switched us down stairs. Same room type no blood and the room smelled decent. Phone still didn't work. The maids/ room service didn't clean room or restock towels the 3 days we were there. Weed smell was horribly strong. "Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items...
