"We liked the enormous size of our room. Also, the room was very quiet as the street was quiet at night. The white sheets were nice. The thick white towels were lovely. This is a major oversight in design. A second problem was that the iron was full of water and when I tried to wash it out it repeatedly, it kept...

"The three bedroom apartment was great. Only one bathroom though, and a tiny table that sits only 4. Worked great for us though."

"The location was far enough from the CBD to be quiet, but still an easy walk in—the best hotel shower ever."

"Right in town and incredibly comfortable and quiet. The room is big so it was great having the fireplace and later the reverse cycle, so a nice option in winter. Gunderoo is definitely small but it’s an excellent option if you want to stay out of Canberra for the night and the food options are great."

"A beautiful period alternative to bland motels. Super nice owner, lovely large room, just around the corner from the main street and all the shops and cafes, a real coffee pod machine, great shower - what's not to like. Pay the little extra and have a great stay in the wonderful town of Yass!"
