"The room was clean and the aircon was on. A relief after a hot day. The food at dinner and breakfast was excellent. We will be staying there on the way home."
"Starting with my birthday dinner, the service was fantastic but we were very rushed and I hadn't even finished my entrée when the main meals were served. No champagne avail to have with dinner for four ppl. Going to the room, the fridge stank of rotten fish/off fishing bait so we were asked to be moved. The next room was was even worse. There was faeces on the shower floor, it stank of rotten sewerage and mould. My sister work up at 3am experiencing an asthma attack. When we spoke to the Manager, his level of concern or empathy was zero. He could not have cared less. Tried to tell us it was the smell of chemicals!! We have stayed there previously and it was a pleasant stay, won't be returning."
"One of the single beds was broken. Was missing a wheel therefore unable to sleep on bed. Shower had mould in it. Room smelt very old and we had to go buy mosquito spray as there was heaps of mozzies in room and children were allergic.
Not the best stay for our money. "
"Absolutely Amazing the man i spoke to was beyond Amazing
The rooms were beautiful and clean and my girls loved the pool . Definitely will be staying again "
