"1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. "Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. "Be aware that this is a residential property without your own entrance. It is in a shabby and unsafe feeling part of town and the pictures are not representative of the property at all. Owners uncontactable in any way. As a single traveller, I did not stay here as i felt very unsafe on arrival. "Yes it’s a caravan park, but the purpose built pods are amazing. Everything you would need as a home away from home. A lovely stay for two nights. Felt safe within the park. Nice and quiet if you want the tranquility. The staff were friendly and very helpful as I had a very late check-in. Staff left instructions to find the key and directions to my pod. My only advice is to take your own bath towels or ask the reception to rent a towel before you arrive. Nothing worse than a long day of traveling to want a shower and not be able to dry yourself off with wet hair. "
