"We had a room with the lake view and it was so beautiful throughout the day and night. Room was spacious and clean. Walking around the lake was great at any time of the day. Just beautiful!! The only thing I would ask the hotel to improve is the bathroom lighting. There’s only one light and it was too dark for ladies’morning makeup rituals. There’s no other proper mirrors in the room for an alternative. We had a lunch Buffett and it was pricey but well worth it. The quality of the food...

"We had a wonderful stay at Soi Hanok! We planned our entire trip around staying here as we travelled to South Korea during cherry blossom season and booked relatively late, leaving only mid-week availability for 1 night. Very serene yet only a few minutes walk to some of the top attractions in Gyeongju. It rained during our time here but that added even more to the atmosphere! We were provided with complimentary breakfast too, which was superb. We couldn’t recommend a better place to stay :)"

"The check-in procedure was difficult. When we arrived at the property, there was no one there and a number to call. I couldn’t make that call with my US iPhone although I tried several times and used several instructions. Finally, I wandered the streets and found a young woman willing to use her phone to call the owner. Then he invited me to WhatsApp Connection and everything went smoothly from there. It would be good to be given better instructions ahead of time for checking in."
