I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around and explore the area. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The personnel were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast was really good with a nice variety of options.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels were quite old and thin and could definitely use replacing. The bathroom also had some visible stains on the tiles here and there, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. The most annoying issue was the kitchen smell—particularly the fried sausage smell—which was noticeable in the lobby, the lift, and sometimes even in the rooms.
If the hotel could address the smell issue and refresh some of the bathroom textiles, it would make a big difference. With those improvements, I would definitely consider staying here again.
