"The hotel was in decent condition. Clean, functional and accessible. There were some small issues that needed to be addressed by maintenance, but were just annoying to me. The saving grace and what made the stay excellent; THE STAFF. Every single one of them were so warm, inviting and helpful. I would stay there again! Staff makes any experience wonderful or horrible, the Hampton Inn group made my stay one worth repeating. "
"This was my first time staying at The Westin Tampa Bay and it was an amazing stay! I was very impressed! The staff was super friendly and helpful, greeting you when you enter the Lobby and asking if you need assistance. The parking garage is attached to the hotel with an elevator also going to the hotel which made it very convenient for coming and going. I ate at the restaurant and my food was very good! I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. You won't be disappointed. "

"Friendly staff. Nice pool, bar and restaurant. Right next to Pier 60, convenient and walkable. Good views from room and tight on the beach. I wish it had a hot tub in the pool area because it would be a great winter getaway!!"

"Property was kinda of gross. furniture has a bunch of stains and is very old. floor in 1/2 the apartment is spongy and feels like you will fall through. bathroom wasn't to bad but over all I would never stay here again. kitchen sink back up twice into the dishwasher and leaked on the floor the first time. could me nice with a renovation and update "
