"Rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The Staff was never intrusive, and help was delivered promptly when called upon. A few issues need to be addressed, but overall a good experience. "

"There is tourist tax and cleaning fees not shown on the booking and are add on later. This is an apartment leasing so expect the fees to be high. Not worth for short term stay as cleaning fees are same regardless 1 night or 10 nights. Lastly the Aircon compressor are making vibration noise. If light sleeper you can avoid this place "

"The room had a very great view, the staff that met us at the lobby was very nice and helpful as well as accommodating. The only reason I put 3 stars is because the bathroom smell was just terrible. Smelled like urine and I am not sure if it’s just the piping or what. But this is not the first time we stayed in Berjaya Times. I hope they will fix it for future stays."
