The bathroom had glue stuck to the floor in multiple areas and the toilet had yellow residue around the rim and a broken toilet seat. "Poorly managed property - they'll be in touch like clockwork to get your security deposit payment then don't deliver details of how to pickup keys come check-in time. After a few call attempts they blamed it on the cleaner "forgetting" to put the key in the lock box. We were greeted with dirty dishes from the last guest and our request for a 3rd bed not fulfilled. They told me that I forgot to put that request into them... funny considering I have it clearly noted on their confirmation email...

" Overall, the property was excellent but was let down by the lack of TV reception. Given that our visit was for the Gather Round Football, our plan was to watch many of the games on TV. However, that was not possible because of there being no satellite connection because of the cloud cover. It was a major disappointment and as a result we had very little leisure time at the property. The property is advertised as family accommodation, so the TV coverage issues need to be rectified."

"The location was very good and the rooms were comfortable. In our first room, there was a faulty and dangerous power point and the tv didn’t work. In the second room, there was still a loose power point and the hair dryer did not stay in its broken holder. It was a large room but there was only one dining chair for the large table and only one lounge chair. Nether room had enough coat hangers though the obliging ‘house fairy’ found some more for us. Maintenance needs improvement."

"Nice room, comfy bed and good amenities. The only feedback would be to replace their broken rusty soap holder in the shower. "

"Great for visiting Hahndorf as it was easy to walk to the restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable room. "

"The window on our ground floor room could not be closed or locked. Not at all secure. Having said that, we didn't have any problems due to this. Had a few issues getting the door to unlock with the phone app. Took over 5 minutes to get into our room on several occasions. Key or card would be much less hassle."
