"The royal room was very noisy as there is a unit outside window that ran all night and was very loud hard to sleep. Also suggest blackout blinds in both rooms."

"The staff were nice and helpful. Property and rooms were very clean. The building was very quiet which was a plus as well"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Blackstone Mountain Lodge by Clique! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. The lodge was beautiful, cozy, and impeccably maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy some time away. We especially loved the gorgeous mountain surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere. Everything about our stay made it feel special and memorable. It was truly hard to leave! "Nice, adequate stay. Nothing fancy."

"Beautiful little place, excellent service and great rooms."

"Room was clean, would have been nice to have a hot tub."

"Good solid breakfast. Quick to go to Banff. Couple fast food places to eat right beside."

"Love it here. Enjoy it never seems to have many kids running around. It’s quiet. Underground parking is nice. Seems couple orientated. Rooms always clean. Soaker tub in suite always a pleasure."

"Room got cleaned by once during our 6 night stay. Floors were not clean and it just didn’t get cleaned. Hot tub didn’t have jets, they were out of service. Drains were plugging. Decent place but needs some upkeep and definitely fix the room cleaning issue. Staff was okay - not really helpful."

"The check in-process was less than ideal, there were some issues online validating our cards which led to an off-site check in at a separate hotel (there are no staff on-site). HOWEVER. The saving grace of the experience was our experience with Morgan. She was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure everything got sorted out (including walking back to the hotel on three separate occasions). Give her a raise. The location was incredible and without a doubt the best value...

"This property is a hidden gem. Everything about it was excellent. The best included breakfast I've had when travelling, and I've traveled a lot. Great variety and everything was fresh, no powdered eggs etc. Fantastic ambiance in the courtyard. Two hot pools, one with a fireplace, and sitting area with fireplace and heaters. Great location, a nice stroll along the downtown core with many restaurants and shops. Great value for what I paid. Would stay here again."
