"Nice boat with friendly and helpful crew. The boat taking you to and from the boat took 40-60minutes which was a bit more than expected. Food was ok, but the views were amazing. Nice and clean rooms. "

"The whole trip was great experience for a two night package to see Ha Long Bay. The Cruise ship was well appointed and a great base to see the UNECO Heritage site. A few small concerns: the beaches we visited had a lot of rubbish, all boats/ships should invite customers to pick-up the rubbish to help preserve this special environment. Also the ship should have videos and other media which better present the site and environmental goals etc., as this was poring covered by staff."

"Can’t fault the cruise or the staff who were brilliant.. But if you get up early to marvel at the views of a world UNESCO heritage site your going to be extremely disappointed and annoyed to see a HUGE amount of floating rubbish deposited by boats of all kinds including the boats that brought you there..!! We did see one small boat attempting to clean up some rubbish with a small net with very little impact. Please Vietnam look after your UNESCO site a lot better than you are."

"Très grande et belle cabine, nous avons été surclassés en exécutive suite. Quelques bémols : le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas, la porte donnant sur le balcon ne se verrouillait pas et la safety box n’existait pas. Le ménage de la cabine bien que demandé le 2è jour avait été oublié et les activités après le dîner inexistantes à part la pêche aux calamars. Les plus : le personnel est adorable même s’il est parfois difficile de comprendre leur anglais, Les repas sont très bons. La cabine est...

"The boat is a mid range cruise nothing fancy but still clean and comfortable. The itinerary itself follows the same as every other boat doing these tours. It’s really only 3 activities in 2 days. The 2nd day is a 30 min kayak and then you spend all morning on the boat and waiting at the dock for the return. If you really want to explore Halong bay I wouldn’t recommend this. Also drinks on board are super expensive! "

"Die Übernachtung auf dem Schiff war super. Das Persona stets freundlich und bemüht. Der Besuch der Höhle und der Cave mit Bamboo-Fahrt hat uns sehr gefallen. Man wird mit einem „Speedboot“ (Tenderboot) auf das Hauptschiff gebracht. Die eigentliche Fahrt mit dem Schiff ist dann eher kurz, was aber vor allem auch den Ausflügen geschuldet ist. Nachts ankert man zusammen mit anderen Schiffen. Allem im allem sehr empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder!"

"Fizemos o cruzeiro de 24h a cabine era muito confortável, ampla e com varanda. Toda a comida servida era muito saborosa e diversificada. Como sou alérgica a camarão e abacaxi fizeram adaptações ao cardápio para me atender. Apenas como sugestão deveriam pensar em fazer uma adaptação no programa os dias mais frios e com tempo ruim. Paramos para nadar e fazer passeio de caiaque no primeiro dia, mas os 16ºC não foram convidativos para a atividade. Talvez navegar um pouco mais teria sido mais...
