Ms Kasey was prompt, professional and easy to coordinate. In person, she is kind and service is top notch, along with all staff in the hotel. I would also acknowledge the pool captain. He was so nice and recommended me a wonderful scenic walk and was so patient in translating his recommendation. Beautiful views of the bay, clean spacious rooms and facilities.
