Location was next to the marina harbour for certain cruises. Good view of the harbour, room is comfortable and spacious, but hotel has no facilities and no buffet breakfast as we were the only people staying in the hotel. Surrounding thr hotel is not so great as there are a lot of buildings under construction or abandoned. But the marina is pleasant for a nice stroll. No nearby any eateries or amenities within 400m. But have a small buggie to bring you around to restaurants that can be reached within 5min on buggie. Have ready google translate on the go as you will need it to communicate with the locals here. Staff are friendly and accomodating. But if you are looking for polished refined service, you need to adjust your expectation.

전체적으로 좋음
근처에 편의점이나 식당이 없어서 카트를 타고 가거나 걸어가야 하는데 거리가 좀 있네요 조용한거 좋아하시면 갠춘합니다 객실은 깨끗하고 노후 되지 않아 좋았구요 놀곳하고 좀 거리가 있어서 아쉬웠네요

Godt hotel
Hotellet er ganske pænt og relativt nyt. værelserne er pæne og rene med daglig rengørring. Vi var der i perioden omkring det kinesiske nytår, hvor stort set alt i byen var lukket. der er kun basis service på hotellet og personalet taler kun vietnamesisk.

遇上正在開發，空氣很差，但櫃檯服務員很熱心，名字叫Ngugen Thi Van 非常熱心幫忙，因在那訂了車子要去河內，结果用小車，無法搭去，幸有櫃台服務員大名叫Ngugen Thi Van熱心幫忙叫車，可讓我們順利去诃內，真的很謝謝他，很感恩值得加獎

Le petit déjeuner n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur de l’endroit...et c’est le seul point négatif. J’ai mangé une fois sur place et ce n’était pas terrible non plus... Pour le reste c’était assez parfait !!!

New, clean Hotel
Great Hotel and perfect view over the bay. Very friendly staff and they helped always. But there were a view things they could improve. The breakfast sortiment wasn't made for european tourists and there was no coffee, that should be standard. Also, we stayed on the 6th floor and there wasn't enough hot water pressure for having a shower, but after telling them at the reception they fixed this issue at the same day. So great service! This is a brand new hotel and i think the staff just needs a bit more practice.

Property is brand new and clean but it's not currently offering the amenities advertised. Although staff was curteous, they appeared to have no hotel or tourism training at all. Hotel advertised welcome drink. When we asked about it they look puzzled. I showed them the writing on the counter and they scrambled around to figure out what it was. They then brought us 2 short glasses of room-temperature water in a non-sir conditioned lobby. Not what we were expecting! Not even tea in a country that serves it everywhere. The choice of breakfast was also not available. We wanted a Vietnamese breakfast and got 2 sunny side eggs with white toast. With some training and English translations it should be fine.
