"great quiet mountain hotel. slippers would be nice instead of flip flops."

"Payment was completed in advance through Expedia. It was surprising that the hotel claimed the VAT wasn't paid through Expedia and charged us for it upon arrival. The price listed on Expedia is therefore misleading and it should be clear that it excludes VAT."

"Everything is not good. The room is not cleaning and the service is ugly."

"Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great location"

"Hotel and staff are amazing"

"do not go in weekends, was nightmare"

"Amazing relaxing stay… room was big with a beautiful terrace with sun beds with an amazing view. Very clean. Staff were incredibly friendly really made you feel welcome. And the food was probably the best I have eaten…. Massive voices with the most delicious produce. The spa was also very good, loved my massage"

"Hala at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. When we needed something like robes or towels the staff was very attentive. The room was spotless and spacious. The bed and bedding was so comfortable we slept late every morning. Great shower and nice products. Loved the big sink:) The hot tubs were delightful. The patio was a nice place to sit outside. "Excellent place, And the view from the room was wow. Only problem was , in the shower , suddenly came hot hot hot water, that really burn me. Then Cold cold cold water after. This was uncomfortable at all. All the rest was amazing. Highly recommended"

"Wish there was a laundry room available."

"I needed a place to stay in Haifa for a couple of nights, and the Hotel Marom was great, and didn't break the bank. Marina and her team were kind, spoke great English, and were very accommodating. Located in the middle of the city on a hill, WAZE was able to get me there and back every time with ease. "

"Air conditioning was very sub--par"
