" The property is well-maintained and offers a stunning view. The staff are very friendly and responsive, always making sure we felt comfortable. The area is a bit quiet, which is nice, but transportation is limited if you don’t rent a car. Breakfast was very good, and overall the service was excellent. I would recommend this property for families — just keep in mind that renting a car will make getting around much easier."

"We loved our stay at Garto, it was by far our favourite resort on our travels. The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. The villas are large with a separate kitchen, very comfortable beds/seating area, large terrace and the most amazing, privacy screened, outdoor waterfall shower. "The staff was great in accommodating our requests and also very polite and nice, but maybe this is the Thai style. They helped with organizing a day trip to see main points on the island, which was excellent . The pool was a bit green when we arrived and we had to tell them to clean it and add chlorine. The furniture in the room though, needs some maintenance. The foor to the pool was not closing well and Geico was coming in the room."
