"This was very convenient location, however upon arrival the toilet was not clean. It was dirty around the front and floor in front of the toilet."

"We paid for one room that turned out to be a two-bedroom, two-bath, plus kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and more! They provided coffee pods, laundry soap, and great service. We were in the top floor (fourth) and had to keep ducking under the roof beams; we bumped our heads a few times, and we had to walk up a very narrow flight of stairs since the elevator only went up to the third floor. Otherwise, the room was perfect!"

"We were switched to this property when our original hotel cancelled, a week before we were supposed to travel. This turned out to be a very positive change! This space was large, clean, bright and comfortable. I loved having a kitchen to make coffee and easy breakfasts. The Albert Heijn grocery store was a five minute walk away and was open til 10:00 for easy meal and snack options. I do wish there had been written instructions on how to work the stove and oven as the symbols were new to me and...

"We stayed 9 nights at BOB W Oosterpark in May 2025 and had a lovely experience. The hotel is very modern inside, the beds are comfortable, there is a shared kitchen with all necessities for longer stay. The water pressure in the showers is excellent. Hotel is very clean and spacious, and location is close to trams, great restaurants and shopping. The area is very walkable and local bakeries have incredible selection of sweets and great coffee.
