"Worst experience I have ever had so far from a hotel. Because of the time zone I made a mistake making my reservation through Expedia and i booked an extra day instead of only two days. At the airport from hometown, i sent a text to the hotel letting them know I made a mistake but I was on my way to get there. "The hotel room was average, but it was incredibly comfortable and offered excellent value for the price. There were stains on the carpet, but I suppose that’s unavoidable. Even if you cleaned it thoroughly, the stains would still be there. The manager, Fabian, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He even allowed me to check out late, which I truly appreciated. The amenities were amazing. There was an indoor pool, an excellent gym, a sanitarium, a sauna, a steam room, and Himalayan salt...

"We were very well looked after mostly, rooms excellent location to transport brilliant, really nice breakfast, good value for money, but on saturday night the staff was terrible the bar man vanished, 10 people at least waiting, some ladies said they had been there an hour soneone else 40 mins, i went to look for someone and found him in kitchen chatting, eventually came the girl was busy checkung people in when she had a quiet min, she vanished and people were waiting there, my only complaint...

"We took an Eco option on a 3 night stay, bad decision, it’s got little to do with sustainability and everything to do with cutting cost. Given what we paid, we were expecting something exclusive and high quality. Poor value for money. Rooms were a bit pokey and missing practicalities like USBs, vanity mirrors. Atmosphere was a bit dark and distant. I have paid a lot less and had much better experiences. Great location though, and can’t wait to comeback to Amsterdam. "

"In general our experience was good. Plenty of place to chill rather than have to sit in your room. We ate in the main dinner resturant twice, food was good and service was excellent. Breakfast was vast! caters for all needs and lovely seating area. Pool and Wellness area were good but quite small given the size of the hotel, still nice though. Room was very large and quite sparse, but clean and well decorated, had a weird annoying tap in the toilet and the bed wasn't comfortable, especially...
