"Nice spacious room that accommodates a family of five."

"Management was rude right off the bat when we got our room. My grandchildren came to visit and we were not allowed to use the pool. Padlocked!!! No one used the pool the whole time we were there. The breakfast they offered was not much at all. Waffle batter and syrup, scrambled eggs, toast. Some cold cereal. If you didn’t get down early enough, eggs and stuff was gone because not enough was put out. And because we didn’t want anyone in our rooms we didn’t want maid service, needed clean towel's...

"The rooms reeked of pee and animals. You could see the pee stains that were cleaned up! There was a wad of hair that fell from the shower when we turned it on. I used Clorox to clean the shower due to the mold. That still wasn’t suitable even after scrubbing. The kitchen was the clean and the fridge was clean but THATS IT! No family should have to deal with this."

"Excellent breakfast, spotless rooms, and a prime, walkable location. Although the surrounding area has some street activity, the hotel remains secure and well-managed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return."

"The rooms were super cheap. Roach motel, broken and useless amenities. Staff not very helpful. Wouldn't recommend, would stay there again, however I got what I paid for. The pictures didn't match the stay."

"I chose this hotel over others because it had a pool but it was closed for renovations so that was disappointing for our child. Our room was spotless and quiet. The person at the front desk helped me choose a room where we could see fireworks (facing downtown) and we could as well at the wild lightning from a passing storm and the river. The building was on the river walk so it was convenient to walk with our dog plus there were a flock of egrets. It would have been 5 star if the pool wasn’t...

"The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The surrounding area was pretty sketchy with a lot of homeless in the area at night. I did notice the hotel had onsite security. The ac worked great and we slept well!"
