"My stay was just okay. It's an older hotel, so the rooms and bathrooms are a bit outdated, but still comfortable. Some of the staff were amazing, specifically those working at the coffee bar in the mornings and those working at the bar in the evenings. Others weren't so great. You can't hardly beat the location though. I would potentially stay again for that reason"

"We chose this hotel for its proximity to the theaters of NYC which worked well. However, this is a bare bones hotel at best. Room was on the 12th floor and had very minimal amenities. The window air conditioner worked well and the bed was comfortable. Make sure you bring a sound machine to drown out the slamming of doors as people arrive and exit at all hours of night. Sound proofing between rooms was good, but you can hear everything that happens in the hallway. We chose a room in the rear of the hotel to avoid street noise, but didn't realize how quickly and loudly the doors close. The most annoying inconvenience was the fluctuating temperature in the shower which would intermittently lose pressure and occasionally just stop completely before resuming after a few seconds. Lots of food options around and the location worked well for us."
