"The room was magnificent. Loved the living space with view of the marina. Bedroom was dark and quiet. Linens were top notch. Bathroom spacious.
Parking was very convenient. The breakfast room was nice, clean…staff keeping up with the flow. Would definitely stay here again. It is a bit off the center of Gothenburg- didn’t use any public transportation. Not sure if that works or not. The ambiance of being right on the water was extremely appealing."

"Mycket bra rum med skön säng
Det vi inte gillade var att hotell foajén var öppen för precis alla.
Där sprang massor av människor som inte hade ärende till hotellet.
I synnerhet ungdomar utan tak över huvudet kändes det som när vi satt och kopplade av på kvällen."

"Carpets and walls in common corridors were very scuffed up and carpeting worn through. Large stains in carpets in corridors. Felt like a housing project. after seeing this we wondered how clean the kitchen was.
Housekeeping forgot to clean and restock our room.
Had to leave our luggage there for the day we checked out due to travel time on trains. Luggage room is locked but accessible by anyone. The hotel staff does not monitor the luggage room. Anyone could get in.
Stayed in many Hyatts but...
